The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) has opened applications for 22 Diploma and Certificate programmes at Kenya Medical Training Colleges (KMTCs) across the country.
KMTC said the fresh opportunity targets prospective students who missed the earlier application window, allowing them to apply for available programmes for the September 2026 intake.
The institution urged interested applicants to take advantage of the available vacancies and pursue training opportunities in various healthcare fields.
Among the programmes available are Diploma in Community Health, Public Health, and Health Counselling, which equip students with skills in preventive healthcare, disease surveillance, mental health support, and community wellness.
Certificate programmes include Community Health Assistant, Emergency Medical Technician, and Mortuary Science, among others.
The announcement comes as students who applied for KMTC programmes for the September intake await placement and prepare to join the institution.
