Turkana County Staff Hold Surprise Party to Celebrate Governor Lomorukai’s Honorary Doctorate

Turkana County Government staff on Wednesday organized a surprise celebration in honor of Governor Dr. Jeremiah Lomorukai following the conferment of an Honorary Doctorate in Leadership Excellence by the HonorCrest Institute International, USA.
The event, spearheaded by Deputy County Secretary Joseph Nyang’a, brought together employees from various departments to pay tribute to the Governor’s achievement. Chief Officer for Public Service Ms. Cathra Abdi led the team, joined by the Chief Officer for Finance, Director of Resource Mobilization, and other senior officials, who gathered at the Governor’s office in Lodwar to convey their congratulations.
Governor Lomorukai, who recently also received an international award in France, was commended by staff for his exemplary leadership and the global recognition he continues to bring to Turkana County.
