JOB OPPORTUNITY: Concern Worldwide Seeks Vehicle Hire Service Providers for Turkana, 5 Other Counties
LODWAR— Concern Worldwide Kenya has announced an international tender for the provision of vehicle hire services to support its humanitarian and development programmes in Turkana and five other counties across the country.
The tender targets qualified transport service providers capable of offering reliable vehicle hire services in Turkana, Marsabit, Tana River, Mandera, Nairobi, and Machakos counties. In Turkana County, the services will support operations in Lodwar, Lokitaung, Lokichar, Loima, Kaikor, and Kibish.
According to the tender notice, Concern Worldwide is seeking providers for various vehicle categories, including 4×4 Land Cruiser vehicles and pick-up trucks, which are essential for accessing remote and challenging terrains where the organization implements its programmes.
The international humanitarian agency said the transport services will facilitate the delivery of programme activities aimed at reducing poverty and supporting vulnerable communities across its areas of operation.
Other locations covered under the tender include Marsabit Town, Saku, Illeret, Laisamis, North Horr, Maikona and Moyale in Marsabit County; Mandera Town, Mandera North, Mandera East and Banisa in Mandera County; Hola, Bura, Garsen and Madogo in Tana River County; Nairobi’s Westlands and Central Business District; and Yatta, Kathiani, Masinga and Kangundo in Machakos County.

The tender submission deadline is 22 July 2026 at 11:59 p.m. East Africa Time (EAT). Concern Worldwide has cautioned that bids received after the deadline will not be considered.
