In an emotional update shared online, her manager and philanthropist, Cecilia Lawrence alias Shangazi wa Taifa, posted a video showing Fardosa being assisted on a wheelchair as she was taken to the hospital. Shangazi called on well-wishers to keep Fardosa in their prayers during this difficult time.
