Cancer Therapy Cost Slashed from Sh120,000 to Sh40,000 Per Session After Roche Deal, Health CS Duale

Health Cabinet Secretary Aden Duale has announced a major breakthrough in cancer treatment affordability. Following a partnership between the Ministry of Health and pharmaceutical giant Roche, the cost of cancer therapy has been reduced from Sh120,000 to Sh40,000 per session.

Duale further revealed that the cost will be fully covered under the Social Health Authority (SHA) scheme, with no co-payment required from patients.
