IEBC to Roll Out Voter Registration Exercise on September 29

The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) has announced that it will roll out the voter registration exercise starting Monday, 29th September 2025.
In a public notice, the Commission urged eligible citizens to take advantage of the exercise to register as new voters ahead of the 2027 General Election.
IEBC emphasized that the voter registration drive is a crucial step in ensuring a credible and transparent electoral process.
The Commission further called on political leaders, civil society, and the media to support the drive by mobilizing and sensitizing Kenyans on the importance of participating in the exercise.
