Suna East MP Junet Laughs off at DP Ruto’s claims he Accesses Intelligence Reports

Suna East MP Junet Mohammed has laughed off to DP Ruto’s claims that he access the National Intelligence Service (NIS) report.

Speaking on Thu, Jun 2, Junet said Ruto is lying to Kenyans. He recalled the recent incident during the Madaraka day fete where he [Ruto] was denied to address Kenyans.

Junet suggestively claimed the state intelligence reports is beyond Ruto’s reach.

“A man who could not address Kenyans on Madaraka day at Uhuru Gardens as DP, now claims he receives intelligence report” he said

On Thursday, William Ruto had alleged it is only beholders of the presidency [The President and deputy] that receive intelligence report before it is shared to their juniors.

“I am the deputy president of the Republic of Kenya. Intelligence report is shared with me immediately after the president receives it. A part of the report is then shared with my juniors,” Said Ruto

Ruto had also claimed intelligence report released to them by NIS showed his Kenya Kwanza leading by 8% against his competitors.

“In fact, the intelligence report released by the National Intelligence Service (NIS) shows that Kenya Kwanza, which I’m part of, is ahead of Azimio la Umoja-One Kenya by 8 per cent [in the presidential race],” he added

William Ruto was responding to Ps Kibicho’s remark that Azimio’s Raila Odinga will trounce to victory by 60 per cent in the 9th August poll.
