On Saturday, February 22, 2025, chaos hit Fly Jambojet as a series of rescheduled flights left passengers stranded for over 24 hours.

The incident has sparked mounting frustration among passengers, raising concerns about the airline’s reliability and operational efficiency, with some travelers waiting more than 24 hours without being accommodated.

One affected passenger, Joy Wangechi, described a rescheduled flight from 6:50 PM to 10:25 PM as “unacceptable,” especially for those traveling with children. Another passenger, Abbas Mbhaiji, raised concerns about the airline’s refusal to compensate for transport expenses due to delays.

Shockingly, a traveler who booked a flight on Saturday at 12:30 PM had still not flown more than 24 hours later, highlighting the severity of the disruptions.

Fly Jambojet has responded with apologies, attributing the delays to operational and technical issues. However, the lack of timely solutions and compensation has left passengers exasperated, with many demanding better communication and improved reliability.

With mounting complaints, customers are urging Fly Jambojet to take immediate action to prevent further inconvenience and restore confidence in their services.
