Police officers in Githunguri, Kiambu county are investigating an incident of a woman’s body identified as Elizabeth Wangui Mbugua was on March 3 found at a lodging.

According to reports, Attendants said they discovered the body and called the police who visited the scene and established she was lying naked on the bed covered with beddings.
The body had blood oozing from the mouth, whereby blood-stained pillowcases, sheets and innerwear were found at the scene.
Police said the man who was with her was later arrested.
