Kimilili MP Didmus Barasa has told state to stop Azimio la Umoja leader Raila Odinga planned mass demonstration by arresting him.

Speaking on Saturday, Barasa said the demonstration will be recipe for chaos likely to pose security threats and economy sabotage.
“Rais wa sasa William Ruto siyo muoga kama Uhuru Kenyatta. Wewe [Raila] ukianza civil disobedience, nitaambia hii serikali itumie polisi ili ukamatwe,” he said
He added: “We are all equal, we will not accept one individual to commit a crime and go scot free. I am telling Interior Cabinet Secretary Kithure Kindiki to arrest Raila if he starts civil disobedience.”

If his words is what to go by– Mr. Raila Odinga is expected to lead a mass demonstration when his 14– days ultimatum he gave President William Ruto lapses.
According to Odinga, the Kenya Kwanza regime has failed to lower the cost of living in the country.
